RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We understand that things don’t work out sometimes. In the instance that you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return items for store credit only within 14 days of receipt. Returns for a refund of payment are not accepted at this time. To be eligible for store credit, goods must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with tags still attached. Shipping costs of these returns are at customers expense. Previous shipping costs will not be credited. Feel free to stop by our location and return items in-store. Jewelry and sale items are a final sale; they cannot be returned. Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process these returns once received.

After we recieve a return, we will automatically add credit to your account for the amount of the returned item(s) when purchased. You will be notified via email when credit is added on your account. To use this credit, simply log into your Embers account and checkout as normal. Credit will be automatically applied to the next transaction. To view credit, click on "account" either at the top of the site (desktop) or the footer menu of the site (mobile and desktop) then log in. Credit should be displayed on the account page.
To use store credit, you must have an account created. If you chose to checkout as a "guest" and did not create an account, please create an account with the email connected to the original order of the return item(s). Once your account is created, you should have access to your credit.
Please allow 1-2 business days for us to ship out the order once an order is placed. We will send you an email with a tracking number once we fulfill the order. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

Our shipping rates are calculated by weight. We ship via USPS and DHL.
